Once you have selected your desired plan, there will be a simple onboarding questionnaire for you to complete. The questionnaire will give your social media manager all the required information about your business to enable them to manage your account(s). 

You will then be able to connect your chosen social media pages to our content platform which, will be used to schedule your posts. Once your initial batch of content is completed, you will be notified via email to check, and approve. Any amendments required can be suggested at this stage also.

As a social media management company, the type of content we would post would vary depending on the specific needs and goals of our clients. This will be ascertained during your onboarding with us. 

However, some common types of content we would typically create and share on behalf of our clients include:

  1. Engaging visuals: We would create and share visually appealing graphics, images, and videos that capture the attention of our client's target audience and convey their brand message.
  2. Relevant on-trend content, that is relatable to your business. 
  3. Promotional posts: We would also create and share promotional posts, such as announcements of sales, discounts, new products, or upcoming events.

Our role is to save you time and money, whilst providing peace of mind that your social media marketing is taken care of. Once you are fully onboarded there is nothing additional required from your end. However, you can review/approve/request amends of content each month, if you choose. 

You can also forward information monthly to your social media manager regarding any upcoming events, images, or promotions, happening within your business.

You will have one main social media manager working on your account, who will work closely with an account manager who oversees the operational side of your account management.

Not unless you ask us to, each month time, will be allocated for you to approve/request amendments on any content. However, if this time does elapse without any notification from your end, we will proceed with posting, to ensure your social media marketing is consistent.

Yes, of course, you can still use your account as you so choose.

You are not looped into any long-term contracts, our handy portal allows you to cancel at any time.

No, we operate on a 30-day rolling contract from day one.
